Potter + Holmes have revamped this office suite on a busy corner site in the centre of Soho by completely removing the roof of the existing building.
An additional mezzanine floor was created and a full height curving rooflight was inserted at the rear to bring light deep into the plan as traditional dormers were only permitted on the street façade.
The steel structure utilised exposed castellated beams to lighten the effect and maximise the volume of the space.
