Formally a 19th century warehouse in a secluded conservation area, Shoemakers has been converted into four spacious, high end loft apartments with an enlarged business unit (B1) in the lower floors. A new penthouse suite, lightweight in construction, provides additional accommodation at roof level, clad in zinc to maintain the industrial character of the warehouse.
The exterior of the building is untouched whilst the interior is designed for light, airy and spacious living and working.
