About Us

The practice was established in 1987 by Mark Potter and Peter Holmes. We have completed over 300 projects, including refurbishment and new build commissions. We have experience in creating buildings for living, communities, children, work and infrastructure.

Our work is innovative and practical with the parameters of our clients' budgets and programmes. We have developed an approach to user groups that plays an integral role in the design of their buildings.

Our design process works to unfold the imaginative potential of our client’s sites and settings. We are enablers, as well as innovative and responsive designers with sensitive consideration towards location, sustainability and the re-use of existing buildings wherever possible. Our innovative design solutions are tailored to give the maximum benefit from the resources available, in terms of quality management, programme and budget. We apply a collaborative approach towards the production of comprehensive, coordinated design & construction information.

We offer a lead consultant role whilst integrating cost and project management expertise.
